“Get the money, dolla dolla bills y’all”
This is a homemade whipped cream. It yields 2 cups.
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 T of sugar
- 1 t of real vanilla extract
- ½ t of real almond extract
Place a metal mixing bowl and metal whisk into the freezer for 15 minutes.
Add the sugar to the bowl and then the heavy cream.
Whisk with a stand mixer or electric mixer until the cream stiffens.
You can store extra whipped cream in an airtight container for up to 12 hours.
When you are ready to serve, whisk again for about 10 seconds.
