WE GONNA MAKE IT SALMON
1 lb of Wild Caught Salmon Filets
5 cloves of fresh garlic, minced
Lemon slices for garnish
Fresh parsley for garnish
Preheat the oil at a medium heat.
Add minced garlic to the oil
Place Salmon Filets between paper towels and pat dry to remove any excess moisture.
When garlic starts to dance a little, place salmon fillets in pan
Cook to medium, flipping over once.
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Sprinkle fresh parsley and lemon juice to taste over filets.
Serving suggestions: elotes salad and fresh cucumber
