WE GONNA MAKE IT SALMON

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb of Wild Caught Salmon Filets

  • 5 cloves of fresh garlic, minced

  • Salt-n-pepa

  • 3T EVOO

  • Lemon slices for garnish

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat the oil at a medium heat.

  2. Add minced garlic to the oil

  3. Place Salmon Filets between paper towels and pat dry to remove any excess moisture.

  4. When garlic starts to dance a little, place salmon fillets in pan

  5. Cook to medium, flipping over once.

  6. Salt and Pepper to Taste

  7. Sprinkle fresh parsley and lemon juice to taste over filets.

  8. Serving suggestions: elotes salad and fresh cucumber
